Dori Henry has built a career at the crossroads of communications, politics, and policy. She has held leadership roles at every level of government, serving as Assistant Secretary of Labor in the Obama Administration, Chief of Staff to the Baltimore County Executive, and Director of Communications at the Maryland Department of Health. Whether in federal offices or on the frontlines of local governance, Dori has earned a seat at the highest decision-making tables—and made it count.

As a former journalist, Dori honed her sharp instincts, compelling storytelling, and knack for asking tough questions—and it shows today in her strategic work. Her experience spans crisis communications, public health strategy, labor policy, and executive counsel, allowing her to guide clients through high-stakes environments with clarity and impact. She’s known for cutting through noise, managing complexity, and aligning smart communications with real-world policy outcomes.

Dori holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and a Master’s in Journalism from Boston University.
