Caroline uses her experience in government relations, policy analysis, and coalition building to drive impact for clients and communities—time and time again. She has held roles in the University of Maryland’s Office of Government Relations, with Congressman Steny H. Hoyer, and in the White House as an intern for the Biden-Harris Administration.

Caroline’s sweet spot is bridging communities and decision-makers—her deep understanding of the Maryland State Legislature and passion for amplifying grassroots and youth voices makes it possible. She has led efforts to engage young voters, mobilize coalitions, and advance equitable, community-centered outcomes.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics and a Master of Public Policy at the University of Maryland, with concentrations in Public Financial Management and Leadership. She was recognized as a member of the prestigious Maryland Medallion Society.
